DELIVERY AND RETURNS INFORMATION

Missi Clothing COVID-19 Business Update: 

Updated 5th January 2021: Due to the UK lockdown our showroom will be closed except for click and collect orders.

All customers must wear a mask or face-covering in the showroom unless medically exempt.

Online orders are still being shipped as normal. Please note, some courier services are still being impacted by the current situation and delays are likely.

European shipments are now also being impacted by the UK leaving the EU, which has caused delays in some ports. Many European shipments are currently being delayed by approximately 1 week due to this.


DELIVERY INFORMATION: 

Once your order has been placed and the payment has been received by us then your order will be dispatched. Your tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also view your tracking number in the MY ACCOUNT area of the website when you are logged in.


UNITED KINGDOM

Next business day delivery*

Free delivery on orders over £100 excluding VAT. If your order is less than £100 the shipping charge is £5.95

Delivered Monday-Friday. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 15:00 Monday-Friday

Tracked and signed for by Parcelforce

*Additional shipping days may be added for customers in areas deemed remote


EUROPE

Delivered in approximately 2-5 business days

Free delivery on orders over £500. If your order is less than £500 the shipping charge is £15*

Delivered Monday-Friday. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 14:00 GMT Monday-Friday

Tracked and signed for by either Parcelforce or FedEx

As the UK has now left the European Union, customers in Europe will no longer be charged UK VAT on any orders placed (as they will be classed as exports).

Taxes, duties and clearance fees will be charged once goods reach the delivery country. The courier will normally contact the customer directly to arrange this payment.

If the customer fails to pay duties/taxes which results in package being returned, we reserve the right to charge for the return shipment as well as a restock fee of up to 25% of the goods value

Customers will also require an EORI or importer number to receive goods.


UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Next business day delivery*

The shipping charge starts at $35 but will vary depending on the size of your order. The correct price will be calculated at checkout

Delivered Monday-Friday. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 12:00pm (GMT) Monday-Friday

Any local import duties or other taxes should be paid by the customer. If the customer fails to pay duties which results in package being returned, we reserve the right to charge for the return shipment as well as a restock fee of up to 25% of the goods value

 WORLDWIDE DELIVERY - REST OF WORLD, EXCLUDING THE ABOVE

Delivered in approximately 4-7 business days

RETURNS INFORMATION:

If you wish to return any styles please notify us by email to sales@missiclothing.com within 2 days of receiving goods, quoting your order number, name, address, product number and reason for return. This is also the case with faulty items so we ask customers to check all goods once received and, in the case of damages / manufacturing faults, a photo of the fault should also be provided via email.

Once the return has been approved by us, please return the items within 7 days. We will not accept any returns that have not been approved first in writing. 

 

All items should be returned in the original, undamaged packaging with a debit note enclosed. Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment. Refunds can take 7 working days to reflect in your account. 

 

- Please note that customers must arrange the return with their own courier at their own cost. We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods. 
- We recommend that goods are returned by registered/insured post as we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. 
- We reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing defect or are returned after the 7 day window. 
- We cannot offer replacements on faulty items. Any faulty items returned will be refunded.
