Do I have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?
20% Vat is only charged to UK customers and EU customers who do not have a valid VAT number.
Customers from outside of the EU will not be charged VAT, but may have to pay local import charges when receiving the goods. EU customers with a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT.
When will my order get shipped?
We offer same day shipping if the order has been paid for by 15:00pm Monday-Thursday for UK and EU and 12:00pm for USA.
Orders paid for later than 1:00pm will be shipped the next working day. Please see shipping information for more info.
How often do you receive new deliveries?
We receive new stock on average 4 days per week. Please check the website as often as you can & sign up to the newsletters for regular updates.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes most probably! We have customers from New Zealand to Nigeria, USA to the UAE.
Our integrated shipping service will give you a shipping cost and delivery time when you check out.
What size is a SM & ML?
SM is UK size 8/10 & ML 12/14.

Can I split the packs?
Unfortunately we cannot split any packs.
We only sell in ratio packs which are usually 6pieces. A full breakdown of sizes is given on each styles product information.
Can I buy samples?
We do not sell samples individually.

Can I use your pictures on my website?
Yes, you can use the pictures of any product you have bought from us.
Pictures should be used ONLY for re-selling of the product and not for Marketing / Advertising/ Promotional activities outside your own retail shop or website.
I have a discount code, how do I use this?
To add a discount code you must enter this into the box provided when viewing your shopping cart.
Once you continue to check out the discount will then be deducted. Please note discounts only apply to full price items.
Do you offer discounts for first-time customers?
Yes we offer 5% off your first order (not including sale stock). The first time discount code is ONLINE5
How do I view the prices for items?
To view our prices you must first register an account on our website.
Once you log in to your account you will be able to see all of our prices and buy online.
Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?
No you do not need an appointment to visit the showroom, you can just come by during our opening hours to browse and buy.

How do I return an item?
Please let us know of any damages or returns within 2 days of receiving goods.
Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving delivery in its original condition.

How do I sign up to the newsletter?
When you create a trade account please tick the box stating you would like to receive newsletters.
If you are not receiving our emails then please contact us to rectify this.
What is the minimum order?
We do not have a minimum spend, the minimum order is one pack/bundle.
Do you offer drop shipping?
No we do not offer drop shipping. We only sell wholesale so all stock purchased is shipped directly to the buyer for them to dispatch to their customers.
